SCAR Courses for Spring/Summer 2026

We’re excited to share that Society, Culture & Religion (SCAR) course enrolment for the spring/summer 2026 term is now open!

The following courses will be offered through the Department of Religious Studies:

Spring 2026 (May 4th – June 19th, 2026)

• SCAR 1B03 – What on Earth is Religion?
• SCAR 2HC3 – Introduction to Biblical Hebrew I
• SCAR 2M03 – Death & Dying: Comparative Views
• SCAR 2SK3 – Introduction to Sanskrit I

Summer 2026 (June 29th – August 14th, 2026)

• SCAR 2BB3 – Images of the Divine Feminine
• SCAR 2BE3 – Religion and Ecology
• SCAR 2HI3 – Introduction to Hinduism
• SCAR 2SG3 – Spirits, Ghosts, and Demons

Course enrolment will be open until the drop/add windows end. For the spring term, the last day is Monday, May 11th, 2026. For the summer term, the last day is Monday, July 13th, 2026.
